My toilet is overflowing. What should I do right now?
Turn the shutoff valve behind the toilet clockwise to stop the water, then call us. We’re open 24 hours, 7 days.
Should I repair my toilet or replace it?
Often a new flapper, fill valve or seal is all it needs. We look at it first, tell you honestly whether it’s worth repairing, and give you the price before any work starts.
Is water around the base of the toilet a big deal?
It’s worth fixing soon. It usually means the seal under the toilet has failed, and the leak can damage the floor over time. We reset the toilet on a new seal and check that it sits solid.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on where you are and what’s going on, but for emergencies we head out right away. Reviewers regularly mention the crew arriving within the hour.
