Sump pumps: questions people ask
What’s the difference between a sump pump and a sewage pump?
A sump pump moves groundwater or rainwater out from under the house or a basement. A sewage pump lifts wastewater from drains that sit lower than the sewer line up into it.
Can you put in a sump pump where there’s concrete?
Yes. We can dig down through concrete to set the basin and pump where the water collects.
My sump pump stopped working. Can you come now?
We’re open 24 hours, 7 days. Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll tell you when the crew can be there.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on where you are and what’s going on, but for emergencies we head out right away. Reviewers regularly mention the crew arriving within the hour.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. Call any time, including nights and weekends.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We look at the problem, explain what’s going on, and give you a price before any work starts. Estimates are free.
