What’s the difference between snaking and hydro-jetting?
A snake (cable machine) cuts a path through the clog. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scour grease, scale and roots off the pipe walls, so the whole pipe gets cleaned, not just the spot that was blocked.
Do I need a camera inspection first?
Not always. When a line keeps clogging, or we suspect roots or a break, we run a camera first so you see what’s inside and we can tell you whether jetting is the right fix.
What if the pipe is broken?
Jetting cleans a pipe; it doesn’t fix a cracked or collapsed one. If the camera shows a break, we explain your repair options and the price before any work starts.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on where you are and what’s going on, but for emergencies we head out right away. Reviewers regularly mention the crew arriving within the hour.
